I studied Journalism at The Saint Petersburg State University in Russia, worked as a host of diverse
programs at the Saint Petersburg Public Radio and at The Radio Russia, The National Broadcasting Corporation.
I ended my career as Vice President of TV/Radio Channel V. My special pride and pleasure were to become
an originator of two FM radio stations in Saint Petersburg, The Radio Classica and also The Magic Radio,
the first ever Russian-American broadcasting joint venture.
In 1994, I moved to the USA and started my new life and career.
The years of Western Art study at the famous Hermitage Museum and later at Sotheby's Institute in London
all eventually brought me to the exclusive field of contemporary portraiture. I was awarded an MA in Art
Business from The Sotheby's Institute and opened in 2003 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Andreeva Portrait
Gallery followed by The Andreeva Portrait Academy, the school of classic figurative art.
For many years I attended portrait competitions at the National Portrait Gallery in London, annual contests
at the Portrait Societies in the US, Canada, and Australia, and became acquainted with exceptionally talented, internationally recognized painters.
Such experience in arts motivated me to continue my career as an Art Consultant with a specialization for
Fine Art and Portrait Commissions.
Since 2010 my business is helping clients reach particularly qualified and gifted painters, inimitable and
skilled to accomplish the most sophisticated art-projects - Art Commissions.
Beautiful portraits are unique heirlooms to be cherished through generations. I'm convinced that it is a
privilege to sit for a great living artist, to have your portrait painted in oil, and it is a singly rewording
experience.
Portraiture is an inseparable part of the most famous art collections around the world, and people always
were and will be the most challenging and remarkable subjects for brilliant painters.
